Pancake stretch


Pancake stretch section includes Beginner & Intermediate blocks with detailed voiceover Tutorials for every exercise and complete training Routines to follow along.

Pancake Stretch is an absolute must for every human being and accessible to learn at any age! Being able to freely bend forward and open your legs to at least a 90 degree angle is not a crazy thing to do! It is actually a basic level of flexibility that we all shall have, but most of us lost it due to the sedentary lifestyle. You can unlock the pancake stretch in 3 to 6 months by following my Routine 2 - 4/week. The benefits are: improved hip and pelvic floor mobility, lower back pain relief, adductors and hamstrings flexibility.





Middle Split


Middle Split section includes dynamic mobility warm-up Routine; middle split mechanics, detailed voiceover Tutorials for each exercise, and an Essential stretching routine to unlock the Middle Split.


Middle split is an advanced stretch and yet, with the right approach you can safely start training towards this goal. Disclosure: full range of motion in the Middle split is not accessible to everyone due to the fact that we all have unique hip anatomy. But you won't know it until you try it. No matter your current flexibility level and genetics - following along my middle split routine and progressing on each exercise will certainly help improve your flexibility and elevate the quality of your life.





FULL BODY FLEXIBILITY


This section includes 7 simple and effective full body Flexibility Routines! Each routine targets specific muscle groups, allowing you to choose and prioritise your current objectives.


Consistent practice of these routines helps enhance upper and lower body flexibility, addressing stiff hips and back pain. The training method includes dynamic mobility drills, strengthening exercises, and active, isometric, and passive stretching for optimal flexibility gains. You can train anywhere without needing special equipment, whether at home, in a gym, or outdoors. Mind that there aren't voiceover explanations, but a calming music to support the flow.

Let's cover some most common questions!

1 - How often should I train to see progress?

Completing 4 Routines per week is optimal to start making some real progress: you will notice relief of stiffness in your hips and back pain, an increase in full body flexibility, improved range of motion in splits, and better performance in strength training! 

2 - Structure & intensity of the Routines?

Upper and lower body mobility for the warm-up, strengthening & stability exercises in the mid-section of the routine, and a combination of different stretching methods that vary from high intensity to
full relaxation.

3 - You always ask me: will there be “strong”
exercises that you show on your page?

The answer is YES! I included the most effective exercises that helped me achieve the splits and reach the level of strength and flexibility I have now! These are not just “good-looking moves for the camera”, but exercises that truly help beginners progress and drills that I still use in my training daily!

4 - What else does flexibility training bring to the
table?

You already know that flexibility gives you freedom of pain-free movement.
