Hi, I’m Jeniya Green.

A girl who found her passion and freedom through flexibility.

I am not a professional athlete who has been doing flexible stuff for the past 20 years and now flawlessly shows you how to do splits. Although I practiced rhythmic gymnastics from 4 to 11, I did not pursue a career in sports and instead became a lawyer.

4 years ago, I hit rock bottom due to stress, anxiety, and lack of movement. I needed a change in my lifestyle. Inspired by my husband who could do splits I thought: I want to become flexible again and feel empowered by my body's capabilities.

I am now 31 y.o. and a certified stretching coach.

I can do better splits than when I was a child because my flexibility is powered by strength, stability, and intentional controlled movement.

In my training, I show how to develop strength through the end range of motion so that your flexibility becomes functional and supports you throughout your daily life.

I am here to help transform your body through quality movement and consistent training that brings you joy and life without pain and limitations.
